Maintenance Requests
All apartment maintenance requests should be submitted through the resident portal. Maintenance is also provided for all common areas.
What’s Not Included in Your Rent

- Parking ($45/month for reserved private parking or $50/year for surface-level parking)
These utilities are not included in your monthly rent but are split evenly among all residents in the apartment.
