Weekend in Five Points: The Retreat Edition

Five Points, Athens, is a great area to visit in your free time! Five Points is a 7-minute drive from The Retreat on Milledge and offers a variety of places to eat, drink, and shop. Here is your weekend itinerary.

This local bakery specializes in hearty loaves of bread and delicious pastries. They have delicious breakfast options, such as ham and cheese croissants, morning rolls, pain au chocolat, seasonal danishes, and so much more. This small breakfast shop is known for its nostalgic soda fountain and delicious milkshakes. This little antique store was opened in 1987 by retired UGA professor Peter Thomas. This shop is full of unique finds from estate auctions. You can find anything and everything here, so make sure to stop by!
