Shared Housing: 3-Bedroom & 5-Bedroom Options

Shared housing generally includes multiple bedrooms alongside communal spaces such as kitchens and living rooms. Shared housing at The Retreat is available in 3-bedroom and 5-bedroom apartments, each designed with different features to suit your needs. When selecting a floor plan for shared living, pay close attention to the:

• Number of bathrooms (Unless you’re okay with sharing, you’ll want to ensure you have your own bathroom.)
• Size and layout of common areas—most apartments come with a spacious living room which can enhance your shared living space, allowing time outside of your room and even space for social gatherings.

Three-Bedroom Apartments

We have two options available for three-bedroom apartments: the Fairview and Oakview. Depending on the floor plan you pick, there is a choice of 3 or 3.5 bathrooms along with 3 bedrooms per apartment. Every apartment comes fully furnished with hardwood-style floors, granite countertops, and a private bedroom and bathroom. Five-Bedroom Apartments

We also offer the option of a 5-bedroom floor plan, which will include 5.5 bathrooms. Our spacious 5-bedroom apartments are three stories tall and include a shared kitchen and living space. The first bedroom is on the ground floor, two rooms are on the second floor, and another two are on the top floor.
