We follow the same schedule as local universities to best accommodate our student residents, with contracts encompassing twelve monthly installment payments beginning in August and ending in late July.
The Retreat on Milledge offers a variety of different floor plans that range in size and layout so residents can choose the one that best suits their needs. Each of our spacious floor plans come move-in ready and include everything students need to feel right at home!
Each of our apartments features bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Certain floor plans may also include a half-bath located on the first floor.
Yes! Furnished apartments include premium features such as stylish furniture throughout common areas and bedrooms, state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Monthly installment payments include high-speed internet, cable, garbage disposal, pest control, lawn maintenance, and exclusive access to all of our on-site amenities.
Residents of The Retreat on Milledge gain access to an array of luxury amenities, including a resort-style pool area with beach entry, sand volleyball court, fully-equipped fitness center, golf simulator, expansive greenspace, academic lounge, 24-hour computer lab, coffee bar, and many more.
